It may be the weather, a personal ailment, or any other of a multitude of reasons why you as a dog owner cannot fulfill this important need for your dog. For those who work, your pet need not be left at home feeling bored, lonely and perhaps frightened. Dogs can get depressed, much the same way humans can. A bored dog may also become a misbehaving dog. Regular exercise, and plenty of it, stimulates their mind and helps to keep them physically fit.
