Cancellation policy for daycare and grooming
If you cannot keep a scheduled appointment with Pet City Canada, we require 12 hours notice by calling or emailing our team. Cancellation less than 12 hours prior will result in a cancellation fee. Late pick up fee is $2 per minute.
Clean bill of health
Any condition that could jeopardize the health or well-being of other dogs (ie: a communicable ailment) will require a veterinarian certificate of clean health prior to return to the daycare.
Transparency
The owner must advise Pet City Canada of any allergies or pre-existing conditions, whether they be medical, physical, or behavioral. Pet City Canada reserves the right to use a muzzle on your pet for safety reasons.
Treating matted pets
We groom humanely, and in the case of severely matted animals, we will shave your pet and offer suggestions for an at home grooming routine; we will not consider lengthy and potentially painful de-matting procedures for severely matted animals.
