Will you meet my pet(s) ahead of their first pet sitting experience?
Yes! It's important for our staff to meet you and your pet(s) ahead of your first appointment. This gives us a chance to start building rapport, learn about your pet's needs and see your home.
What are the benefits of choosing in-home pet sitting?
There are many benefits to choosing in-home pet sitting, especially if you have a senior pet, exotic pet, or a pet who doesn't play well with others. In his or her familiar environment, sights, smells, and sounds are familiar, and they can follow their customary diet and exercise routine.
What if my pet needs medication?
Oral, topical, and injectable meds (including insulin) are included at no extra charge, just walk us through the routine. We'll also watch for abnormal behaviour while you're away.
